CHARLOTTE LOST 21 KILOS

MAHMOUD’S ACHIEVEMENT

Well done for losing 9 kg, Mahmoud!
Try and cut down on your fat intake – this means less fried food. Drink skimmed milk and eat low fat dairy food.
Despite your lack of time, you could still include a 20 minute program of gentle exercise first thing in the morning at home. Try sit-ups and gentle exercise for each part of the body – and finish with marching on the spot. Try to do a little more each week.
I know it’s hot out there, but when you get to your office, try climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator – it all makes a difference.

JANE IS DOWN TO 54.5 KG

I have lost weight using Actrim Plus and following the eating plan, and I am very happy with the result – except that I have loose skin around my stomach and thighs. I have lost nearly 13 kg and now weigh only 54.5 kg.

We were delighted to hear of your success. The quickest way to tone up would be to go to your local gym and ask them to sort out a gentle programme for you. With the right kind of exercise, probably using light weights, you will soon tone up. If you can’t face the gym, get an exercise video and have a go at home, or take some of the tips you received from Actrim Slimming Club.

KEVIN LOST 6 KG AND SHARES HIS EATING PLAN

I took Actrim Plus, followed the eating plan, and lost 6 kg. I now go to the gym each week and maintain my weight by eating sensibly during the week. But I still indulge myself at weekends. I would be happy to share my eating plan –

  • Breakfast – Juice, wholemeal toast and honey (no butter or spread) and coffee.
  • Mid-morning – Banana
  • Lunch – Salad sandwich on wholemeal bread and low fat yoghurt.
  • Mid-afternoon – Soft fruit
  • Dinner – varies, but fat-free potatoes, lean meat or fish, vegetables and a sorbet.

SARA FOUND HELP AT ACTRIM SLIMMING CLUB

I want to tell you Alva that I had a weight problem since I was 14. After going on Actrim Plus and following the advice I received through Actrim Slimming Club I lost 32 kg and now I am engaged to be married. I found the team very friendly and I felt I could tell them all my personal problems like eating a kilo of chocolate each evening and huge amounts of food. Now I am slim and I exercise every day.
